Study and Faith
Teaching continues to enthrall me. Every semester, every course, and every section seems new to me because of the students. There is always much to learn and rethink about teaching. I am always seeking for direction and inspiration about teaching. Below are talks, books, and articles that have motivated me to examine how I can strengthen what I do in the classroom. These are some examples of resources that help me develop professionally.
Peter Elbow's "Embracing the Contraries" encourages me to nurture and assist students while still being a gatekeeper for the discipline.
